Masters Allen are on the hunt for a talented Web Developer to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate will join the web development team in our busy studio, working on a variety of projects, with focus on technical development. Exposure to ‘open source’ software such as Magento, Drupal or Joomla, plus experience with ecommerce software would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided. Part of the candidate’s role will include support and solving technical problems that arise.

So, who are we looking for?
Someone who enjoys expanding their technical web development skills, with forward thinking web technologies. Who is not afraid of challenging work in a deadline driven environment. Who has a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind. Who has a couple of years commercial experience (unless you are a technical genius) in website development. Who is looking to develop their career within a young, but fast growing agency.

Key skills
PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX or jQuery. Plus basic Photoshop and Dreaweaver skills.

Experience
Ideally we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience in website development, programming and experience of SQL. Knowledge of Object Oriented programming would be an advantage, as well as any Linux scripting or command line experience.
