From Leicester.

Leaving the City Centre, continue North
onto the A6.

Follow the A6 for approx 4.5 miles.

Take the exit signposted Cossington/
Rothley, continue for approx 0.5 miles.

At the traffic lights (Red Lion) turn left onto
Hallfields Lane, continue for 0.4 miles.

Turn left onto Town Green Street and then
a right onto Wellsic Lane (Rothley).

Follow Wellsic Lane around to the left
onto Westfield Lane. After 0.2 miles turn
right onto The Ridings. Continue for 1.2
miles. The Ridings becomes Main Street,
continue under the Great Central Railway
bridge and for a further 0.3 miles.

At the North Lodge, turn left into the
Swithland Hall grounds, continue down
the driveway for approx 0.4 miles.

At the fork, signposted Swithland Hall
Estate offices, follow the driveway round
to the right where the North Wing offices
are situated.

From M1.

Exit M1 at Junction 23 (signposted Loughborough).

Join the New Ashby Road (A512) towards
Loughborough, continue for 0.5 miles.

Turn right onto Snell’s Nook Lane,
contiune for 0.8 miles.

Continue onto Woodhouse Lane for 1.4 miles. Woodhouse Lane becomes Breakback Road, continue for another 0.7 miles.

Turn left onto Beacon Road, continue for 0.3 miles.

Turn right onto Main Street (Woodhouse Eaves), after 0.4 miles Main Street turns slightly left and becomes Church Hill, after 0.2 miles Church Hill becomes Brand Hill. Continue for a further 0.5 miles.

Turn right onto Main Street, continue for 1.5 miles.

At the North Lodge, turn right into the Swithland Hall grounds, continue down the driveway for
approx 0.4 miles.

At the fork, signposted Swithland Hall Estate offices, follow the driveway round to the right where the North Wing offices are situated.
